In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
182 (relating to prohibiting discrimination by certain insurers
in issuing health insurance policies to women with fibrocystic
breast conditions; imposing penalties) this office has determined
the following:

The bill would prohibit discrimination by insurers in issuing
health insurance policies to women with fibrocystic breast
conditions.


No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
