In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
187 (Relating to fees on conviction to reimburse the state and
political subdivisions for overtime pay for peace officers who
testify at trial.) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
