In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
237 (Relating to the regulation of nonagricultural public
warehouses.) this office has determined the following:

The bill would repeal Article 9103, Revised Statutes, dealing
with the regulation of nonagricultural public warehouses and
would take effect from and after its passage.

The probable fiscal implication of implementing the provisions of
the bill during each of the first  five years following passage
is estimated as follows:
