In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
315 (Relating to the testing of gas well pressure.) this office
has determined the following:

The bill would amend Section 86 of the Natural Resources Code to
change the timing, type and conditions of required gas well tests
and would amend the filing period and retention of test reports. 


No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
