In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
317 (Relating to the authority of a municipality to implement a
photographic traffic-control system; providing for imposition of
a civil penalty.) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of political government cannot be
