In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
342 (relating to the offense of unauthorized absence from a
community corrections facility, county correctional center, or
correctional assignment site) this office has determined the
following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
