In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
387 (Relating to authorizing certain counties to maintain a
branch courthouse outside the county seat and permitting certain
governmental entities to conduct certain functions at that
facility.) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
