In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
391 (relating to recovery from certain insureds of payments made
by the Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty
Association) this office has determined the following:

The bill would amend the Insurance Code to limit recovery from
certain policyholders or claimants for claim payments made by the
Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association.


The fiscal implication to the State cannot be determined.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
