In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
410 (Relating to the delay of certain payments or transfers from
the general revenue fund.; Relating to the delay of certain
payments or transfers from the general revenue fund.; Relating to
the delay of certain payments or transfers from the general
revenue fund.) this office has determined the following:

The bill would restructure the transfer of the Highway Fund
portion of motor fuel taxes collected in June and July of odd-
numbered years.  Instead of being made the month following
collection, the affected tranfers would be made between September
5th and September 10th.

The probable fiscal implication of implementing the provisions of
the bill during each of the first  five years following passage
is estimated as follows:
