Montford, Chair IN RE: Committee Substitute Committee on Finance for Senate Senate Bill No. 410 Austin, Texas FROM: John Keel, Director In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No. 410 (Relating to the delay of certain payments or transfers from the general revenue fund.; Relating to the delay of certain payments or transfers from the general revenue fund.; Relating to the delay of certain payments or transfers from the general revenue fund.) this office has determined the following: The bill would restructure the transfer of the Highway Fund portion of motor fuel taxes collected in June and July of odd- numbered years. Instead of being made the month following collection, the affected tranfers would be made between September 5th and September 10th.
