In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
453 (Relating to the use as collateral of certificates of deposit
by an applicant for a license as a bail bondsman.) this office
has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
