In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
489 (Relating to the disclosure of certain information by a
person licensed to sell real estate.) this office has determined
the following:

The bill would require disclosure of certain information in real
estate transactions by persons licensed to sell real estate.  The
Real Estate Commission would anticipate no significant changes in
workload as a result of the bill's provisions.


No significant fiscal implication to the State or units of local
government is anticipated.
