In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
513 (Relating to the requirement that a facility accepting a
prospective voluntary inpatient mental health consumer for
treatment have a physician's signed order.) this office has
determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
