In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
542 (Relating to allowing certain counties to cancel certain
platted subdivisions if the land has not been developed and is
likely to be developed as a colonia.) this office has determined
the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
