In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
550 (Relating to the authority of the Railroad Commission of
Texas to receive and administer gifts, grants, and donations.)
this office has determined the following:

The bill would provide express authority to the Railroad
Commission to receive grants, gifts, or money to support agency
programs and activities.


No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
