576 (relating to the criminal jurisdiction of justice courts and
municipal courts.; Relating to the criminal jurisdiction of
justice courts and municipal courts) this office has determined
the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
