In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
605 (Relating to the duty of the Texas Department of Mental
Health and Mental Retardation to evaluate and revise its sliding
fee schedules.) this office has determined the following:

This bill would require the Department to evaluate and revise its
fee schedules at least once every five years, beginning not later
than January 1, 1996.


No fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
