In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
626 (relating to cetain laws governing water districts and
nonprofit water or sewer service corporation; creating penalties;
granting authority to issue bonds; granting the power of eminent
domain) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
