In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
660 (Relating to the definition of drug paraphernalia.) this
office has determined the following:

The bill would exclude hypodermic syringes and needles from the
definition of drug paraphernalia.


No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
