In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
670 ( Relating to expenses of state agencies and the
compensation, expenses, and conditions of employment of state
officers, employees, and other workers) this office has
determined the following:

The bill would make various technical changes to statutes
concerning payroll-related benefits of state officers and
employees.  These changes would help ensure that statutes are
interpreted and administered uniformly by state agencies.

The fiscal implication to the State cannot be determined.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
