In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
695 (Relating to the personnel records of certain law enforcement
officers and fire protection personnel; providing a criminal
penalty.) this office has determined the following:

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
