In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
717 (relating to the authority of a county judge in counties with
a population greater than 1,000,000 to delegate certain
responsibilities.) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
