In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
855 (relating to providing a deferred retirement option to
members of firemen's relief and retirement funds in certain
cities) this office has determined the following:




No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Because the bill would not have statewide impact on units of
local government of the same type or class, no response is
required by the rules of the Senate as to the probable fiscal
implications.
