In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
863 (relating to certain conditions of employment for and
investigations of fire fighters and police officers in certain
municipalities) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
