In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
867 (Relating to the use of the advance interest trust fund by
the Texas Employment Commission.) this office has determined the
following:

The bill would amend the Labor Code to allow the Texas Employment
Commission to use money in the advance interest trust fund to
fund the Labor Law programs.




No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
