In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
876 (Relating to the authority of a municipality to implement a
photographic preferential traffic lane enforcement system;
providing for imposition of a civil penalty.; Relating to the
authority of a municipality to implement a photographic
preferential traffic lane enforcement system; providing for
imposition of a civil penalty.; Relating to the authority of a
municipality to implement a photographic preferential traffic
lane enforcement system; providing for imposition of a civil
penalty.) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
