In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
900 (relating to the admissibility in a suit affecting the
parent-child relationship of evidence relating to the use or
nonuse of a child passenger safety seat system or a safety belt
in certain motor vehicles being operated on a highway) this
office has determined the following:




No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
