In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
942 (Relating to the On-site Wastewater Treatment Research
Council.) this office has determined the following:

The bill would make various changes regarding the On-Site
Wastewater Treatment Research Council.  In addition, the bill
would reestablish the On-Site Wastewater Treatment Research
Account as a dedicated account in the General Revenue Fund.


No significant fiscal implication to the State or units of local
government is anticipated.
