In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1090 (Relating to the violation of a court order enjoining a
person from engaging in certain organized criminal activity;
providing a criminal penalty.) this office has determined the
following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
