In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1099 (Relating to the interagency council on early childhood
intervention.) this office has determined the following:

The bill would repeal Chapter 73, Human Resources Code, enabling
legislation for the Interagency Council on Early Childhood
Intervention, and create a new authorizing structure for the
agency.  According to the Interagency Council on Early Childhood
Intervention, the modifications are primarily for consistency
with federal regulations.


No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
