In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1101 (relating to injunctive proceedings by the Attorney General
against persons engaged in the insurance business) this office
has determined the following:

The bill would amend the Insurance Code to authorize the
Commissioner of Insurance to request action by the Attorney
General against a person engaging in unfair competition or unfair
practices.


No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
