In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1115 (Relating to authorizing the General Services Commission to
purchase certain real property on behalf of the state.) this
office has determined the following:

The bill would authorize the General Services Commission to
purchase real property at the intersection of West 17th Street
and Colorado Street in Austin for the State at a price not to
exceed $2 million.

The fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
cannot be determined.  The fiscal impact would depend on future
appropriations by the legislature, the timing of the purchase,
and the price of the property.
