In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1150 (relating to continuing education of insurance adjusters by
reciprocity) this office has determined the following:

The bill would amend the Insurance Code to allow the Insurance
Commissioner to waive continuing education requirements for an
insurance adjuster who has a valid license from another state
which has continuing education requirements similar to those in
Texas.


No significant fiscal implication to the State or units of local
government is anticipated.
