In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1198 (Relating to the power of a municipality to abate certain
nuisances that are dangerous to the public health or safety;
creating a civil penalty.) this office has determined the
following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
