In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1249 (relating to court coordinators and computer equipment for
certain district courts) this office has determined the
following:

The bill would authorize the legislature to provide state funds
for court coordinators, computers and related expenses for
certain district courts.  Fiscal implications would be dependent
upon legislative approval and cannot be determined.


The fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
cannot be determined.
