In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1261 (Relating to the annexation and the provision of services to
certain districts by cities and the assessment of surcharges upon
the dissolution of those districts.) this office has determined
the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
