In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1366 (relating to delegation of duties of the tax assessor-
collector and county clerk in certain circumstances) this office
has determined the following:

The bill would allow the delegation of duties of a county tax
assessor-collector and a county clerk in certain circumstances.


No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
