In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1369 (Relating to the municipal regulation of development based
on traffic within an area in a county other than the county in
which the majority of the territory of the municipality is
located.) this office has determined the following:




No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to  units of local government cannot be
determined.
