In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1372 (Relating to authorizing counties to enact ordinances in
certain circumstances to protect the public health, safety, or
welfare; providing a penalty.) this office has determined the
following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
