In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1375 (relating to a municipal utility district compose of
noncontiguous areas located in the extraterritorial jurisdictions
of two municipalities) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
