In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1396 (Relating to the alteration in annexation status of land
within certain municipal utility districts by certain
municipalities and authorizing the collection of municipal sales
taxes within such districts.) this office has determined the
following:



No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
