In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1396 (relating to altering the annexation status of land in
certain municipal utility districts and authorizing the
collection municipal sales taxes in the districts) this office
has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
