In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1397 (Relating to the release of extraterritorial jurisdiction
over a tract of land by certain municipalities and the inclusion
of that tract in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of another
municipality.) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
