In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1461 (Relating to exempting officers and employees of counties,
municipalities, school districts and any other political
subdivision from interest payments described in Chapter 74 of the
Property Code.) this office has determined the following:




No significant fiscal implication to the State or units of local
government is anticipated.
