In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1462 (Relating to the authorization of a county commissioners
court to own, operate and maintain water and sewer systems for
unincorporated areas inside and outside the county, granting to
the county the power of eminent domain.) this office has
determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
