In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1477 (Relating to the operation of Class C pharmacies within
hospice in-patient facilities.; Relating to the operation of
Class C pharmacies within hospice in-patient facilities.) this
office has determined the following:

This bill would require the licensure and inspection of Class C
pharmacies within hospice in-patient facilities. It is estimated
that there are 20 such facilities.


No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
