In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1528 (relating to the establishment of a school-to-work component
of the state's workforce development system) this office has
determined the following:

The fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
cannot be determined at this time.  As subsequent information
becomes available, estimates will be revised accordingly.
