In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1544 (relating to the Insurance Code, by amending Article 3.33
and Article 21.28-D, and repealing  Section 5 of Article 21.39-B)
this office has determined the following:




No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
