In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1606 (Relating to the creation, administration, powers, duties,
operation, and financing of the Travis County Municipal Utility
District No. 3, Travis County Municipal Utility District No. 4,
Travis County Municipal Utility District No. 5, Travis County
Municipal Utility District No. 6, Travis County Municipal Utility
District No. 7, Travis County Municipal Utility District No. 8,
and Travis County Municipal Utility District No. 9) this office
has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Because the bill would not have statewide impact on units of
local government of the same type or class, no comment from this
office is required by the rules of the House/Senate as to its
probable fiscal implication on units of local government.
