In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1619 (Relating to certain powers of the Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission, its ability to remediate certain
abandoned hazardous substances, the recovery of costs associated
with remediation activities, and the liability of contractors
signing a waste manifest) this office has determined the
following:




No significant fiscal implication to the State or units of local
government is anticipated.
