In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
1619 (relating to the authority of the Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission to enter property, remediate certain
conditions related hazardous substances, and recover costs
associated with remediation, to the authority of commission
contractors to enter property, and to the liability of certain
contractors who sign a waste manifest) this office has determined
the following:

No significant fiscal implication to the State or units of local
government is anticipated.
